General informations:

Refined rapeseed oil is a purified vegetable oil obtained from rapeseed. During refining, accompanying substances, odor and flavor compounds, and undesirable components are largely removed; as a result, the oil becomes more neutral, lighter, and more shelf-stable than cold-pressed oil. Refined rapeseed oil is used both as a cooking oil and in technical applications.
